Course Overview
The Egyptian Institute of Directors (EIoD) provides this training course for the purpose of promoting the principles and code of corporate governance among securities brokerage companies. It also aims to clarify the basic information that must be mastered by the executive officers in these companies in order to apply the principles of corporate governance, in light of rules and procedures issued by the Capital Market Authority (Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority {EFSA}), aiming to protect all parties dealing with the market; such as companies and investors.
